My Journey Into Thai Cooking

I was instantly captivated by the country’s food culture – the way fresh herbs like lemongrass, cilantro, and basil were woven into every dish, the balance of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy that defined their flavors, and the deep-rooted tradition of food being a central part of everyday life.

That experience inspired me to immerse myself in learning all about Thai cooking. I began attending cooking classes, experimenting with recipes, and honing my skills in the kitchen. Eventually, I became certified as a chef, specializing in Thai cuisine, and I knew I wanted to share what I had learned with the world. I wanted to make authentic Thai dishes accessible to everyone, whether you live in Thailand or a small town thousands of miles away.
